Information Purchase information. The right to exchange goods & warranty policy. Lane 4 gives you 14 days to exchange goods if not satisfied? within this time we will send you a replacement without charge. You may receive your money back during this time; remember to keep your original invoice/receipt for reference! The right to exchange your goods are forfeited if: the crotch protection patch is removed, the returned item lacks the original invoice/ receipt, the returned item is of customized design or if it is embroidered with more than our company logo. Damage to the product, sustained from chlorine chock, other chemicals, strong sunlight or from extreme misuse, is not our responsibility and as such we cannot be held responsible! The item must not have been used (besides trying it on of course.) On returning the items to us please use the original packaging. Please enclose your e-mail address for confirmation. Along with your order confirmation you will receive the order number, total cost of the order and a preliminary date of delivery. Always store your order confirmation as reference. Your order is shipped within 1-3 days. Do remember that it takes approximately 2 days ?on the road? to northern Europe (Germany, Denmark?) and 3-4 days to Southern Europe (Italy, Spain?). Packages which fail to be collected For sent packages which are not collected, we will charge you ? 15 for each item plus any delivery costs involved. You must be 18 years or more to buy from us!
