Swimming
The swimmer shall swim 200 meters, of which 50 meters in the back stroke. This should be performed in deep water.
The swimmer shall float with clothes for 1 minute or 10 meters. Dresses should be long-sleeved upper and long trousers.
The dive test
The marker should jump from 1 meter down into the water.
Lifesaving
The swimmer must tow a friend for 10 meters.
The swimmer must be able to perform mouth-to-mouth breathing.
Boat and swim knowledge
The swimmer must have knowledge of section 1-3 in swim and Boat knowledge.
This Badge is issued by the Swedish Swimming Federation.
