The Dolme Flash X-Pro Blue is ergonomically designed for improved body positioning in the water, provides good buoyancy and the dolme is designed with one larger and one smaller end for best comfort and stability. The size is designed to fit junior (from about 12 years) as well as senior and recreational to elite. Made of 100% EVA foam. Feel free to also supplement with hand paddles to get a more effective arm training (if you have not used hand paddles before, you should increase the distance very slowly).

The Flash X-Pro Blue is ergonomically designed with holes for the hands that can be held in several different ways and levels. This new hydrodynamic design allows for better body positioning in the water and less strain on the shoulders. The plate is in perfect material and comfortable design.
