The Dolme Flash X-Pro Blue is ergonomically designed for improved body positioning in the water, provides good buoyancy and the dolme is designed with a larger and a smaller end for best comfort and stability. The size is designed to suit junior (from about 12 years) as well as senior and athlete to the elite. Made of 100% EVA foam. Feel free to supplement with hand paddles to get a more effective arm training (if you have not used hand paddles before, increase the distance very slowly)
Hand paddlesEndura Tech Paddles:
A sturdy hand paddle that is ergonomically designed for the hand to improve technique.
