The Dolme Flash X-Pro Blue is ergonomically designed for improved body positioning in the water, provides good buoyancy and the dolme is designed with one larger and one smaller end for best comfort and stability. The size is designed to fit junior (from about 12 years) as well as senior and recreational to elite. Made of 100% EVA foam. Feel free to supplement with hand paddles to get a more effective arm training (if you have not used hand paddles before, you should increase the distance very slowly).
