A swim package containing a swim plate, dolmen (pullbuoy) and Core Tech hand paddles. This swim package can be supplemented with both mesh bag and swim fins and then you have everything you need to raise your swimming training to a whole new level. We have different versions of our popular swim kits, maxi, midi and mini and also in other colors, but this swim kit contains:
Swim plate:
The Flash X-Pro Blue is ergonomically designed with holes for the hands that can be held in several different ways and levels. This new hydrodynamic design allows for better body positioning in the water and less strain on shoulders and shoulders. The plate is in perfect material and comfortable design. Size is precisely designed to fit both junior to senior and athlete to elite. Feel free to supplement with fins to get a more effective leg workout. Foam Kickboard made of EVA-foam
Pullbuoy/dolme:
Dolme Flash X-Pro Blue is ergonomically designed to improve body positioning in the water, provides good buoyancy and the daggerboard is designed with a larger and a smaller end for best comfort and stability. The size is designed to suit junior (from about 12 years) as well as senior and athlete to the elite. Made of 100% EVA foam. Feel free to supplement with hand paddles to get a more effective arm training (if you have not used hand paddles before, increase the distance very slowly)
The hand paddles Core Tech Paddles are cupped to fit nicely in the hand and are designed with optimal comfort and hydrodynamics to improve hand positioning in the water to develop your technique. Perfect for building upper body strength and the paddles have holes for better flow and your feel in the water. The silicone straps are adjustable for you to find the perfect fit. The model is available in 2 sizes Small 18cm (L) x 12.5cm (W) and Medium 20.5cm (L) x 14cm (W)
