Size explanation:
Orange Size 0: 170 x 130 mm sprint paddle, all swimming strokes Beginners - elite swimmers
Green size 1: 190 x 160 mm sprint and strength paddle. competion and for elite
Yellow size 2: 210 x 180 mm All-round paddle for improved strength, endurance and technique
Red size 3: 230 x 190 mm Same as 2 but with improves strength, requires good technique
Blue size 4: 240 x 200 mm for all competitive swimmers, improved strength and endurance
Purple size 5: 260 x 210 mm for top swimmers who want to swim more quickly fare
During early season - large model, during competition season and for topping - medium and small model. Sprint and strength paddle, competition swimmers - elite.
The paddle marked R should face your right hand and L your left. Swim Power Paddles can be used in all 4 strokes. Attach the short rubber tube to the middle finger and the long for the wrist.
